“Further, the quorum for the General Assembly is 2/3 majority of the members entitled to vote. Each of the seven districts sends four delegates amounting to 28 delegates. Therefore, in order to constitute a quorum at least 18 delegates must be present,” the letter reads.

The three additionally say Dossi needs to be penalised for allegedly flouting electoral procedures.

They say, as an illustration, that Dossi proceeded with the EGM with out forming a quorum.

“Fam returning officer, counsel Felister Dossi, still went ahead with the elective AGM and conducted business of the day with only 16 of the 28 expected delegates.

Meanwhile, one of many nation’s famend soccer analysts, Thokozani Chimbali, has stated the three complainants have a case to show.

“In this case, if the required number of delegates was 28 and only 16 voted, then they did not make the quorum and this was against provisions of NRFA’s constitution; that is, in line with Article 24 of the association,” the previous Silver Strikers chief government officer stated.
