MWANZA: MWANZA Regional Commissioner, Mr Said Mtanda, has formally inaugurated the “Mama Samia Legal Aid Campaign”, emphasising that its major objective is to determine justice as the inspiration of peace in society.
The marketing campaign was launched yesterday in Ilemela municipality, bringing collectively authorities officers, members of the general public, spiritual leaders and journalists.
Mr Mtanda outlined the marketing campaign’s aims, which embrace educating authorities leaders and civil servants on authorized issues, good governance and human rights.
“President Samia believes that through this campaign, marginalised and financially disadvantaged citizens will receive the legal support they need, ensuring that many disputes are resolved efficiently”, he defined.
Mr Mtanda emphasised that the initiative goals to facilitate well timed entry to justice, significantly for many who lack monetary sources.

Sharing her personal expertise with a land dispute on the Nyamagana Land Tribunal, which she received in 2023, Ms Kagusa stated the ruling ordered her neighbour to respect property boundaries after encroaching on her land and blocking entry to her home, however she has confronted difficulties in having the judgment applied,
