Maseru, Feb. 18 — The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho to Ethiopia, Nts’iuoa Sekete, has congratulated Brigadier Ketseletso Mofoka, the Defence Attaché on the Embassy of the Kingdom of Lesotho within the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, on his latest promotion to the rank of Brigadier within the Lesotho Defence Force.
