Janjangbureh lawmaker denies voting in opposition to diaspora voting







Omar Jatto Jatta, the National Assembly member for Janjangbureh Constituency, has responded to criticism that he voted in opposition to the diaspora voting. 

Mr Jatta’s counter feedback adopted a viral checklist of lawmakers who’re stated to have voted in opposition to a clause that may have granted proper to Gambians within the diaspora to vote and stand for elections.

In response to the allegation that he joined the anti-diaspora voting National Assembly members, Jatta stated: “I never vote against diaspora registration.”
