Gambian Police launch manhunt for 2 Sierra Leonians over demise of 63-year-old retired banker

The Gambian Police are trying to find two Sierra Leonian males in reference to the demise of a 63-year-old Gambian retired banker.

Reuben Andrews was found dead, bound with a rope, in his bedroom at his Brufut Heights house on Monday night time.

Police preliminary investigations means that he was killed. His laptops, telephones, and money amounting to $7,000, £2,000, and between D9,000–D10,000 are lacking.

“A ladder and a cutlass were recovered at the scene. Upon close scrutiny, a footage confirmed the presence of the watchman and maid earlier that day. The duo are currently at large and believed to be on the run. Facts further established that both are Sierra Leonean nationals,” police mentioned.
