The ruling FPR Inkotanyi Party chosen new ladies’s and youth organizational leaders within the Northern Province on yesterday, with Party Secretary General Gasamagera Wellars overseeing the election.
Mukarutwaza Alphonsine from Burera District was elected to steer the ladies’s wing, whereas Twambazimana Irene from Gakenke District will head the youth wing.
