Bor girls rise, demanding equality on International Women’s Day – Sudans Post

BOR – Hundreds of girls and ladies gathered on the police headquarters in Jonglei state on Saturday to commemorate International Women’s Day, their voices echoing with requires equality and empowerment.

“I call on all male gender equality champions to firmly stand by women and girls to deconstruct the structures and systems that hold women back from participating equally with men and boys, and also recognize and respect their rights as human beings,” she mentioned.
